✅ Orders That Can Be Cancelled:
You may cancel standard (non-customized) products within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation must be done via email or phone with your order number.
❌ Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled:
Customized, made-to-measure, or printed blinds/curtains cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has started.
If cancellation is attempted after production or dispatch, the request will be rejected.
